Trustees,
I will provide you with a more detailed recap of TIDE's staff meeting from yesterday in the weekly update.
You are likely to get requests to meet with staff individually or on a 2-person basis. They may express urgency in meeting with you. You can meet with people if you like. It is important that they feel heard. But I caution that they and you do not have any data to engage in a meaningful discussion regarding the future to TIDE. You will not have that data until I present that "package" to you when this is called for a vote. On December 10th I will be presenting to you what the process of engagement with staff, families, and students will look like.
